Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Furthermore included in this recent document release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section detailing distinct sections of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, such as plans for dock shelters.

Additional images made public as part of the current oversight release.
